Wirral: Where Is It?

Wirral is a peninsula in the UK. It's in the northwest of England and the majority of it is classed as part of Merseyside. It is bordered to the southwest by the River Dee, the northwest by the Irish Sea, and the north and east by the River Mersey. The southern part of the peninsula is classed as Cheshire.
